(Available by Fit)
While coaching remains the core of the work at Kimberly Milligan Training, some individuals and couples benefit from additional forms of support depending on their goals, circumstances, or season of life.
When appropriate, coaching may be complemented by mentoring, consulting, or licensed counseling services provided by trusted professionals within the Kimberly Milligan Training network. These pathways are recommended intentionally and selectively—never as a default or requirement.
Supported pathways may include:
Mentoring for perspective, guidance, and short-term support during transitions
Consulting for targeted strategy, implementation, or organizational needs
Licensed Counseling (LPC) when therapeutic support is better aligned with emotional or relational concerns.

Why am I called Miss Mill?
“Miss Mill” began with a student named Cassie, whom I mentored unofficially more than 20 years ago. She called me Miss Mill, and the name stayed with me.
Cassie was bold, kind, and unforgettable, she came to class dressed to the nine's, high heels, full of confidence and presence daily. We had a spirited classroom moment that created a bond that lasted well beyond high school, through her becoming a mom of three, her relationships, her enterprenuership, adulthood, struggles and joy. I loved her deeply, and I still do.
Cassie later lost her beautiful life. I carry the name Miss Mill to honor her, to remember the connection, the care, and the importance of showing up for people as they grow and struggle. The name is a symbol of my love for her, and our journey.
